    I definitely need to learn how to focus stack and layer properly in PS.
    Never thought to do that! Landscape and nature are my favorite genres so
    I’ll definitely have to check these out.

    Phil. I’m more than a bit shocked by your Joshua Tree photo. The picture
    looks nothing like reality. I call this image creation, not photography.

    After the ‘mechanics’ of the photo, landscape composition was the most
    challenging, and rewarding part of making the photos. How do you get the
    land to tell the story, how do you give it depth. Can one even teach that?
